The culinary journey here is deeply satisfying, from the crispy yet juicy Pan Fried Pork Bun to the aromatic, perfectly steamed flounder (清蒸龙利鱼) that melts on your tongue. The robust flavors of their Stir-Fried Clams in Black Bean Sauce (豉汁炒蚬) balance the freshness of the sea with the earthy richness of fermented black beans—a definite highlight for any seafood enthusiast.

Vegetable lovers won’t be disappointed with choices like Choy Sum With Oyster Sauce or the Buddha’s Delight (罗汉斋), a delicate vegetable stir-fry that brings balance and lightness to the meal. The nuanced flavors in dishes such as Beef Brisket with Dried Bean Curd Stick (枝竹牛腩) demonstrate a slow-cooked complexity that truly showcases Ming’s commitment to authentic ingredients and techniques.

The noodle offerings are equally compelling: from the silky Chicken Lo Mein and Shrimp Lo Mein to the house-special Lo Mein that marries pork, chicken, and shrimp into a harmonious blend. Pan-Fried Noodles with XO Sauce bring an added dimension of umami and spice, surprising and delighting the palate with every bite.

Dining at Ming’s feels like stepping into a lively Hong Kong kitchen. We went for dim sum on July 4th. The place was crowded. Our food was good in general, but dim sum dishes took long time to be served. I thought they used to have carts before Covid, but now no more carts.

Fun times at Ming's! The restaurant offers a wide range of dim sum and classic Chinese food (though I would mainly order dim sum here). We got all the staples and most of the dishes were quite tasty. I particularly enjoyed the beancurd, siumai, spareribs and chicken claws. Make sure to ask for the hot chili oil as well. The food also came pretty fast. This place can get quite crowded after opening so be ready for some wait time. This is always one of my go-to whenever I am in the area. Will return!

We came for the 10am Saturday dim sum. Got seated right away, but by the time we finished around 11am the place was packed. Everything was delicious and matched our expectation of a no frills dim sum experience. In addition to the typical dim sum dishes they also had some fancy options like the red rice shrimp rolls which was delicious and taste like rice roll, fried shrimp and youtiao in one perfect bite.

Ming's seafood restaurant was just what we needed when we were in Boston. Just plain good Chinese food !!! :). The meal was excellent. It really reminded me of restaurants in Hong Kong.

My general impression was positive overall. First they served loose leaf green tea in porcelain tea pot and cup. I ordered something I hadn’t tried before (white fish with some green vegetables). I asked the name of the vegetable but the waiter didn’t speak any English, I think, so didn’t understand probably. It looked like Bok choy but I wasn’t sure if it was. The plate was huge and filled up to top with a very generous serving of food. The food had a little taste to it but compared to the food I eat lacked spices and oil, but I think it is healthy food. I could only eat half of it and took home the remaining food ate the next day. The price for such amount was good! The tables were clean and the employees were friendly.
